Dragon Boats NSW is in the process of becoming a provider under the Active Kids program. RevSport will enable our members to redeem their vouchers when registering. Unfortunately this is not ready for July 1st. We hope it will be shortly. We advise our parents/guardians of junior members wishing to use the Active Kids voucher for their dragon boat membership to delay registering for the time being. Want to take your sport to the highest level? The Australian Dragon Boat team is now recruiting for the U18 years division. You could have the opportunity to travel to Thailand and race against the best in the world!

Help us elevate mental health to sit alongside physical health for wellbeing. Join us for the first ever dragon boat paddlathon. Events range in distance from 10km, half marathon (21.1km), full marathon (42.2km), or challenge yourself with our 55km ultra marathon. First time paddler? Hop on Hop off our relay boat for a lap of Blackwattle Bay. Paddle under the Anzac Bridge and swing by the Sydney Fish Markets. Enter the event of your choice as an individual or as a crew (16-20 people).

The 2018 Australian Championships are being held in Kawana Waters QLD from 4th - 8th March. Packages including accommodation, meals, local transport to and from the race site are now available for paddlers and families. Book in by 15th January!

Great to see everyone out in force with bright colours to promote and support World Mental Health Day on October 10.

Big congrats to Dave who has been offered a role on the NSW State Coaching Team for 2018. Dave will coach the Senior C Division, preparing the team for competition in the State V State Championship in Queensland in March 2018.
