COACH - Mary
Mary is our legend and the clubs Head Coach from it's humble beginnings in 2012. Mary is a teacher with 30 years experience at all levels of education. Her unquestionable passion and dedication to the support and development of young people is infectious and she brings an immeasurable value to our coaching team and the club culture. With a long coaching portfolio at Club, State, and National levels, as well as being a current member of the IDBF Youth Commission we continue to reap the benefits of Mary's knowledge, experience and passion as we develop our young coaching team to take the club forward.
COACH - Sam
Sam joined our coaching team in 2018 and has been a valued member of Zodiacs as a paddler since he started with the club as an Under 16. Sam is a thinking paddler and likes to explore the technical side of Dragon Boating. He has represented both NSW and Australia and brings a gentle and encouraging manner to working with our youngest paddlers while challenging our more experienced members.
COACH - Danny
In 2020, Danny stepped up to become one of our assistant coaches after beginning his Dragon Boat experience as a 12 year old. Danny brings his passion and and enthusiasm for the sport with a keen interest in building technique and strength in our paddlers. His love of the sport has seen him represent NSW and Australia starting out at the 2017 World Nations Championships as the Australian teams youngest member.
